Love the A Small Orange unlisted features plan, Its so cool. Like really really. Love them, they have a sweet deal on everything and their support is getting better and better. Love them!!!! I wouldn't switch to another web hosting company instead!! They all offer PHP and A Small Orange PHP hosting is the best in the market!!!!!!!

A small orange is not the cheapest in town, but they do have value for their income. The price is good, the only complaint is that I had to use port 26 rather than port 25 as it was blocked by I dunno who. The hosting environment itself is fast, just sometimes there is blacklists... but apart from that we're good. I can't say more about that... but I think they changed something in the last weeks... because they are MUCH better than they were previously at delivering to inboxes.

When I originally joined A Small Orange, they had superb uptime and it was a company that couldn't be beat in any respect, no matter what/who you choose. I couldn't stop singing their praises or thanking the lord for helping me find a web hosting company that was... but then it was short lived. The outages started... I was hit with site affecting outages that couldn't keep everything online.... It took me 13+ hours to get a hold of support and when I did get a hold of support... they couldn't answer any of my questions.

I can't say enough about the level of customer service provided by A Small Orange. Their really a fantastic web hosting company and especially with the ability to reach the CEO of the company and him actually replying just shows that he actually care about us rather than us just being another number. Also love the fact that they switched over to LiteSpeed rather than using Apache, I've noticed the loading speed improve!

Good service but their a bit slow sometimes, there is tons of options and features to choose from and that also come as standard in the cPanel hosting environment. They are always providing excellent uptime and support, so can't complain. I can say that their support via live chat is very fast and I would recommend that channel as a resource center.

Their uptime scores is a real big fat lie, they don't have uptime anywhere near 99% in fact, I'd be shocked if they even touch 90% uptime. Their service becomes unresponsive at least once a week... and their status system says that the server is OK, not sure what's OK, but... maybe the page doesn't even use real data? SSH, PING, FTP, HTTP, all go down... then a few mins later, all is back online. This normally happens at least once a week... so its been quite an annoying process. If I didn't have all my money spent on this hosting account, and being outside of my refund policy, I would have left already.

When building an online business, you have to be; dedicated, motivated, and persistent. Something that you expect to have from your web hosting company, but that often isn't the case. Not all the web hosting companies provide this or even a bit of it... so why should you put up with something subpar? You shouldn't!+
A Small Orange isn't like other web hosting companies, they are dedicated to their customers, they are one of those hosting companies that you can't do without. They are your right hand... at least they have been in my case... they have solved all/any of the problems I've faced. No matter how big or small it was, they solved it. I'm happy I chose them as my web partner.

I feel very lucky that I was able to buy a hosting plan with ASO, although I must admit I didn't feel like it... since it was my last few bucks. ASO's support team really made a big difference, they helped me tremendously in getting setup. I love working with them, as because you can easily and quickly access support resources, or even their support team. They are simply fantastic in that regard, In the cons, they are a bit pricy but they do have a super control panel... so Im not sure... what is worth more, a few bucks a month with less resources or lots of resources with few support.

I've been extremely satisfied with A Small Orange, they are a superb company, their support has been excellent. There has been no outages or downtimes. Super happy with their service. Whenever I have a problem, they help me out, so I know I'll never be stuck! Solid, Reliable and even pays you to refer family and friends. Really worth it.

As a web developer, about 6 years ago when I initially started with A Small Orange, there wasn't a better performing web hosting provider in the market. I had moved all most of my clients to A Small Orange from many other web hosting companies.. Over a year ago all the clients that I had moved over (which was virtually all of them) started to experience email problems, either it was because they were flooded with spam messages, or they were having IMAP issues... the problem wasn't resolved, no matter how many times I contacted support. Over and over the issue persisted, no matter what they did, no matter what server I was moved to. I was faced the music and had to move the clients back to other web hosting providers... which lost me some clients and cost me over $2,000 in non-billable time.
