The login information for your FTP hosting account will be located within your welcome email that you should have received upon signup. Please note, if you do not have a copy of the web hosting welcome email, please get in contact with our support team for further assistance.
VPS Hosting / Dedicated Servers:
Your FTP login details are generally the same as your control panel login. So for example, if your using a cPanel VPS hosting or a cPanel dedicated server you’ll notice that your FTP username and password is the same as your cPanel VPS hosting or cPanel dedicated server login. Please note that not all control panels are the same and this should be treated on a case-by-case basis.
