This is a great overall service. They are VERY knowledgeable (unlike all of the other imitator web sites out there) and provide full-service consulting for FREE. The reponse time is excellent both from their dedicated Colocation Specialists as well as all of their Service Providers. I had a better turn around than from some of the forms I filled out on the Colocation Providers' own sites!
