Hello all, I am the owner of FR&T a webhosting business that got duked into buying WebhostAutomation's "Helm" product. From the start after paying 800 USD for this control panel, it had problems, which took them more than 4 WEEKS to respond to my support ticket! I tried calling them and it was a RESIDENTIAL LINE and some kid picked up. I then told them that I am loosing money and the CP needs to be competely re-installed on my system without loosing any data, and they tell me "you're on your own". I MEAN DANG! I bought this software from them at almost a grand, and when it messes up being we haven't touched the production server, they just leave you stranded.

I have been using HELM for 6 months now, and it has been nothing but a dream. I have no problems contacting support, and they are always willing to login to my server using RDP to help fix any problems I may have. Did you try speaking to Adam in tech support? |

Helm is an all in one hosting control panel. If you want to run your own servers, with email and FTP with total control for selling and allowing your users to resell, then HELM is what you need. In only cost $300 US to get a single server version and they run specials all the time. One you try their demo, you will love it! Out of all of all of the Control panels we tried. Helm was the only one to install on the first try and only had minor configurations for us. They also have a great Forum area and ASAP trouble tickets. Try it! You'll love it too!

Brilliant just doesn't seem to do Helm the justice it deserves. What a system!! Absolutely no problems installing (I only had to run the installer and started using it after a minute or two) I see the Mr. Wells is still using it so obviously has bit his tongue. The system has everything I could wish for including not burning a deep hole in my pocket. Iit is very well built system, its interface really makes it fun to run my business, and the way its all been laid out has obviously had a lot of fresh thought put into it. Well done guys on an excellent product look forward to the new toys this year! |

Well.. they told me about the multi-server capabilities and it sounded a little too good to be true about what it actually does. Well this week I had to get another web server added as the one I have is already full.. well I was completely astounded!! I added both the servers in and told Helm about them and added them to my resources and that was it.. no more than a couple of minutes of easy work and I've expanded by services 200%.. I'm completely in awe about this product. Truly outstanding in every way! And I've been reading about their new version which will do the same across datacenters!!!!!! :-0 |
