This has to be one of the below average host automation products on the market. Once I brought the product, after-sales support was bad and the phone they list on the web site goes to an answering machine 80% of the time. Also, they need to test the product more as it seems to have some bad bugs. |

Like Derek, once purchased the vendor fails to respond to tech support issues. You could send a million emails to them before they respond (if ever). The software still has bugs and missing features that their site says it has.
I had hopes for the small business, however more times than not I have been left feeling a victim. |
