I'm a sysadmin for a local ISP and have been using Plesk 6 on our Redhat servers and it has been brilliant. It's very stable but sadly also very slow at times - probably due to the use of SSL for the control panel access. Overall, it has been very good in helping us manage our server administration load but can also be difficult to upgrade.
