I tried CDG for my hosting compnay and even though Chris was nice, they froze my account and would not give me my money. |

I am very curious who the above "poster" is but I am not surprised that this mystery person did not state their name or company because I'm doubtful that they even exist.
Our company (CDGcommerce) is extremely honest and ethical and we go to great lengths to deliver excellent service to our merchants.
100% of our merchants have always been paid all of their funds and all merchant accounts are underwritten by an FDIC-insured financial institution.
If any funds were held due to an egregious risk issue, the remaining proceeds are always released back to the merchant at the end (or even before) the chargeback liability window ends.

Rates are decent but If you have any technical or billing issues you're inquiries will go unanswered. I was billed double my normal fees for the month and after calling and leaving messeges several times and also emailing screenshots with the errors to their support no one responded. This has been going on for a few weeks now.
If I had time to look around for another provider (which I will soon) the switch will be made without hesitatition.
