Not at all happy with them, i was with them for almost 5 months, the support was not instant but ok, i used to get responses in few hours atleast i had that satisfaction and then recently they refused to say yes to my company saying that my servers are loaded with pirated softwares and spammers. My question is i have no pirated softwares on server which is even certified by my Data center company, and when they were managing servers still spammers existed? then what did they do.
