Overall the support and knowledge of this call center is spotty at best. I would not recommend this company for oursourcing for any reason. The company lacking in organization and skills etc. Are an all around nightmare to work with and very really have not attention to detail no matter how much information you give them on you customer base.

If I could rate this as a zero I would. Dont waste you time and money. Overall you will be dumping your companies money in the toilet.
