It includes features such as see all visitors on your web site, initiate chats with visitors, customize your chat window with your logo, colors, etc, display a chat button showing your availability, use canned answers, send HTML messages, receive copies of chat sessions via email, use with multiple operators, and receive audio and visual alerts on new chats, new messages, and new visitors. |

.NET hard to intall - 2004-12-17

I have tried to install their .NET client , but in order for the software to work, I had to update my whole system to the latest service pack and install the 30 Meg download for .NET.
In my opinion it is not worth the effort since there are various live help programs available that are easier to install such as ccs,http://www. 1on1.com, http://www.akeni.com, http://chataluga.com, etc, |

I installed and setup Boldchat without a problem. The auto-invite feature is pretty slick -- it allows setting up rules to greet visitors on your website and invite them to chat. I setup a customized chat button and a customized chat window and canned messages without a problem. No complaints really. |
