After extensive research I finally decided to have Mobile Penguins build and optimize my website. I have to say they have exceeded my expectations with the design and customer service. I’ve been burned in the past by companies that promise the world and didn’t follow through so it was huge relief to find a company that actually does what they say the will. I highly recommend Mobile Penguins and will continue to do business with them with my other websites in the future. Thank you for the great work!

I can understand some people wanting to get their site done in the 3 month period, however there is some responsibility of the site owner to provide content and if this is not done it will delay the process. I've had a site built by them and it took the said time and have another being built and everything is on schedule. I actually called 10 of their previous customers before making my decision and I did not get one complaint. I think people need to understand that just because they are hiring an outside company to build their website they can't expect ANY company to read their minds and know what type of content they would like on their pages. I give them a high rank for customer service and overall. |

It's been two years now since we wrote a check for $3000 for a website that was to be completed in three months. We never hear from them until we contact them. Then they blame us, saying that they sent info to us for approval and never heard back. Then it's "we'll have something ready in a few weeks" and we don't hear back. They are basically running the company with "tomorrows mony. |

I just terminated my contract with this company today. They are not professional, do not employ effective communication, do not keep promises and do not seem as well learned is this area as one would suspect. My case manager actually pawned my site to his assistant who was clearly out of her league and as a result - my site tanked. I spent $3,000.00 with this company over a short period of time and I feel I've been violated.

Mobile Penguins created and is hosting our Alschnerpm.com website. I am very pleased with the final product and how easy their courteous and knowledgeable staff made the process for us. This company is horrible!! They pretty much took my money a year ago and have not delivered. They are very very unprofessional, have horrible customer service and communication with "clients".
I caution anyone from going forward with Mobile Penguin services. There are too many reputable companies out there to spend even 5 minutes with these bozzos. |

We signed a contract with them 6 months ago and we still do not have a website. They promised me I would have a site within two months. They continually promise they are close but then find every excuse under the sun why it is taking longer. We have lost $5,000 and nothing to show for it at all. Save your money and use it on a reputable company. |

We signed a contract with Mobile Penguins in December of 2006. We were suppose to have a site up and running within 3 months. It is now August of 2007 and we still have no site. The promises continue but never amount to anything. We are now in the process of finding a new company to work with. Mobile Penguins is very unprofessional, lack integrity and are dishonest. I normally do not leave feedback about companies but feel strongly that innocent people like ourselves need to be protected from companies like Mobile Penguins that are scams. |

I am a current Mobile Penguins client and am confused by the other two posts. I speak and work regularly with two of their developers, one armenian and the other filipino. They have done nothing but exceed my expectations with the design of my site and the support once it went live. I spoke with three of Mobile Penguins existing clients before I started and received great reviews. Be a judge for yourself.

Mobile Penguins, Inc. (www.mobilepenguins.com) may come off sounding like a top of the line, leading edge company that specializes in custom website design, eCommerce solutions and SEO (Search Engine Marketing). You will find out that Mobile Penguins, Inc. (www.mobilepenguins.com) isn't very professional when issues arise.
It is amazing that companies like this saturate a very sensitive market. This is what happens when you don't know how to run a business. |
