Once service is initiated our robots are primed to monitor your selected servers. Remote system monitoring is the only sure way to determine your servers true reliability.
In the event of downtime, we notify you quickly when your services are fully or partially down, by sending a short message indicating which portion of your service is unreachable. Messages are sent via email to either your email address or an email address assigned by your cell phone / SMS / pager service.
If down, three escalating warning messages are sent at your selected intervals, and we keep monitoring and adding to your account history. To avoid too many email notifications, the email notification service is retired until your server is back up. At this time, we notify you with the "service resumed" email.
At any time you can visit your toolshed, and view your current configuration, make updates to your configuration, and see detailed reports of your yearly status history. |
